Using PinVault

Terms of Service

Effective July 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of PinVault. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Acceptable use

You may use PinVault to organize and value lawful collectible pin activity. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another user's information, upload unlawful or infringing material, scrape the service, or use it to deceive others.

Your content

You retain ownership of photographs and collection information you upload. You grant PinVault a limited license to host, process, resize, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload it.

Prices and marketplace information

Values, active listings, and sales information are estimates and references, not appraisals or guarantees. Marketplace information can be incomplete, delayed, mismatched, or changed by its source. Confirm a listing match and conduct your own research before buying, selling, trading, insuring, or reporting a value.

Subscriptions

If paid plans are offered, the price and billing period will be shown before purchase. Additional subscription and cancellation terms presented at checkout will apply. Paid subscriptions are not active until checkout is available in the product.

Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

Independent service

PinVault is an independent collector tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, eBay, Whatnot, or Mercari. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Account termination

You may export your data or delete your account from the account controls. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security threats, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.
